As a working student at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, Matthias is developing a digital LOEWE MARINE, Matthias is developing a digital transformation strategy for the maritime industry.
Matthias initially studied international shipbuilding and marine engineering at Bremen University of Applied Sciences and completed an Erasmus semester at the renowned ENSTA University in Brittany. His final thesis for his Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) took him to Fassmer GmbH & Co. KG FOR THREE MONTHS. He then went on to study Industrial Engineering and Management at
Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. He finally obtained his Master of Science (MSc) at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences with the support of LOEWE MARINE, which he chose for the development of a maritime digital transformation
strategy due to its numerous references to the industry.
Matthias, who would have liked to have sailed around the world with French skipper and publicist Bernard Moitessier, spent more than six months working in the LOEWE MARINE team to gain an insight into the many aspects of the maritime industry. He looked at the different requirement profiles of the projects in the context of his specialist knowledge and thus developed new approaches to solutions, which not only contributed to the success of his master's thesis, but also made an important contribution to the continuous further development of the LOEWE MARINE range.
Matthias is now mastermind for complex issues at the Bremen-based start-up adoptr, a company of PTS Group AG. We wish him every success in his future endeavors and look forward to continuing our partnership with him!
